1. Based on the customer's drawings, create a 3D prototype and assess whether the product's manufacturing process requires mold making. If mold making is necessary, the customer will bear the mold cost, and the mold will come with a lifetime warranty (Note: the mold cost will be refunded if subsequent orders reach the agreed quantity).

2. After both parties sign a purchase contract and pay a deposit, mold making will commence based on the customer's drawings. Trial production and sampling will be conducted after the mold is completed. Mass production will begin after the trial sample is confirmed to be satisfactory.

3. Product delivery time is calculated from the date the mold trial sample is confirmed to be satisfactory.
